Healing cannot take place when there is urgency and pressure. Establishing safety is key to creating change holistically. My role as a coach is to create a safe environment for you to explore, understand and facilitate change within.
all sessions are held via zoom, I do not offer in person coaching at this time.

60 minute sessions are £95

I am a coach, not a therapist. My work is focused on support, growth, and trauma informed coaching, not clinical diagnosis or treatment. If I feel that your needs fall outside the scope of my training, or that a different kind of support would serve you better, I will kindly let you know.
Coaching is focused on helping you move forward. In my work, we gently explore how past experiences may be shaping your present, particularly through the lens of the nervous system and the body, with an emphasis on building capacity, resilience, and creating change in the here and now. While we may touch on past events, the focus remains on how those experiences live in your system today, and how we can support more regulation, choice, and self-awareness moving forward.
Therapy, on the other hand, often involves deeper psychological processing, diagnostic work, or treatment of mental health conditions. While both coaching and therapy can be deeply supportive, they serve different purposes. My role is firmly rooted in coaching, with a trauma-informed and somatic approach grounded in ethics, scope, and safety.
The number of sessions varies depending on your individual needs and circumstances. I don’t believe in fixed timelines or deadlines when it comes to healing and growth. My goal is to help you develop lasting skills that support you beyond our work together. Some clients work with me short-term, while others choose longer-term coaching based on what feels right for them.
At the beginning of each session, my focus is on assessing your capacity and helping you build a greater sense of internal safety and resourcing. This creates a strong foundation for deeper work. I’ll often help you slow down and gently track what’s happening in your nervous system as you speak. This allows us to tune into unconscious patterns, fears, or parts that may be at play beneath the surface.
Healing happens in slowness, and I’ll support you in gradually building your capacity and tolerance to stay present with what arises. We’ll also focus on what new habits or beliefs you want to create, and explore how to gently integrate those shifts into your daily life, titrating a new way of being at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
